Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MediaBand AI Platform platform at studio.mediaband.ai (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Petr Fadeev, an individual developer ("we", "us"). Contact: studio@mediaband.ai.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MediaBand helps experts and their teams produce content: plan, write, upload and review videos, approve them, publish them to the user's own social media accounts and see the results. Some features use artificial intelligence to prepare drafts. Features may change over time; we may add, change or remove features.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in method (email, codes, password) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Project owners decide who joins their project and with which role, and are responsible for the actions of the people they invite.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

You may connect accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, VKontakte or Telegram. By connecting an account you confirm that you own it or are authorized by its owner, and you authorize MediaBand to act on that account within the permissions you granted.

  • YouTube. MediaBand uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Other platforms. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, VKontakte, Telegram). You are responsible for complying with them, including rules on music, branded content and commercial disclosure.
  • MediaBand publishes content only after a human confirmation in the Service, or at a time a user scheduled.
  • You can disconnect any account at any time. We are not responsible if a platform changes, limits or stops its API.

4. Your content

  • You keep all rights to the content you upload or create in the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, copy, transcode and transmit your content only as needed to provide the Service to you (for example, to publish it to the accounts you choose).
  • You confirm that you have all rights needed for your content (including music, footage, images and the consent of people who appear in it), and that it does not break the law or the rules of the platforms you publish to.
  • Content created with AI features is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing it before publication.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates platform rules;
  • send spam, inflate views, likes, followers or comments artificially, or automate mass actions;
  • copy other people's content without permission;
  • access accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
  • attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass its limits and security.

We may suspend or remove access that breaks these rules.

6. Fees

Parts of the Service may be offered under a paid subscription. Prices and payment terms will be shown before you pay and, where applicable, set out in a separate agreement. Until then, access is provided free of charge to invited users.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any third-party platform will accept a publication.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or for actions of third-party platforms (including removal of content, account restrictions or API changes). Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or if required by law. On termination, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new date. If the changes are significant, we will notify users in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation: write to studio@mediaband.ai.
